Our responsibility is our response-ability.

Following the law of least effort, as nature teaches us, we will learn to accept people, situations, circumstances, and events as they occur. We will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. Our acceptance of what is becomes total and complete as it is in the moment, not as we wish they were.

Accepting things and others as they are, we can learn to take responsibility for all of our experiences and even for all those we see as problems. Our responsibility is our response-ability. Taking responsibility means not blaming anyone or anything for our situation, for our feelings, for the attachment or the expected outcome we have (and this includes our self). Every problem is an opportunity in disguise, and this alertness to opportunities allows us to take each experience in each present moment and transform it into a greater benefit.

The first is learning to diminish the strength of our needs so that they are transformed from attachments to preferences. Realize all that is within you and seduce ALL and everything with your inner beauty since everything that the UNIVERSE needs is in you. When you know your self worth and SEE it, you can fight for all that is deserved no matter how difficult or challenging it may seem to others; just do it! Don't put on a disguise or change for other's satisfactions or desires and do not give permission to anyone to rule your kingdom. .... light and love Christina

The Return to Inner Balance

Wherever you are in your personal Sacred Journey, and no matter where you are on this planet, we are feeling the shift deep within that is our calling to a cosmic awakening. This is an extremely exciting and inspiring time for most of us as we are experiencing and witnessing a critical change in our collective consciousness. The unconditionally loving and kind hearted are the most powerful alchemists spiriting this awakening. I celebrate all of you!!

It is a time to return to inner balance…..a balance of the masculine and feminine energies. Many of us are currently experiencing circumstances that require us to restore harmony and balance in our lives and cultivate peace within ourselves, and within our closest relationships. Once we do this we are better able to extend this balance and peace outward to personal, social, economic, governmental relationships, untangling and unwinding all existing programs, structures and processes and create a new story for Humanity….one that serves all of humanity in light and love.

We can expect that, many old systems may collapse like a domino effect from this revolutionary pressure to create change. With new ways of thinking from the heart we are learning that everything we have ever been programmed into believing was our reality is been shaken down to the core, and as we learn to think and act from our hearts we will continue to shake free the controlled minds of the masses. This is a time for cooperation and adaption to these transformational forces that ease us through this change. The more we commit to knowing ourselves, knowing our soul, at a heart level; the easier this transformation becomes.

It helps to remember that we are all ONE as we go through our evolution process, we will increasingly notice relationship issues surfacing in our biological family, love and working partnerships, and the necessity of opening dialogues to communicate the deepest most intimate levels of our inner contents. Our innermost thoughts and deepest feelings are spilling out onto the table for all to see, and we cannot run away from emotional vulnerability or hide from each other any longer. As for me, I put it all on the altar for God with an absolute knowing all is well..smiling.

We are ending the ways in which we casually live and view our world as separate individuals and all of our future interactions with others in our world will be first and foremost about personal transformation and spiritual development. The new template will emphasize this change in human relationships on a global scale. We are being asked to move away from destructive archetypes that resist and delude our perception as us and them. The level of inner balance and spiritual and emotional maturity that we are able to accept, will reflect in our relationships, our inner self, our world and the “spiritual assignment” we call our life purpose.

We will have to overcome our emotional pain and our memory of inner spirit crucifixion to become whole again and to be resurrected into the light of truth. We will need to relearn and remember our sovereign right to access these inner and outer spiritual truths. It is a time for a deep reflection in our understanding of the history of man and a time for a great leap to rewrite a new story for our future. It is a time to realize that all relationships with our fellow man have been about spiritual growth through applied life lessons. Now it is time to participate with that comprehension in order to easily graduate to the next level of what it will be like to be human and live from the heart as love.

Co-operation, Will Power, and Courage

The summers for me mean spending a lot more time with nature. While observing and feeding the birds something struck me as one of the laws of nature....the birds were whispering wisdom.....smiling. There were many different species of birds vying for the place on my open hand waiting to come forward. Red-winged, blackbirds, sparrows, chickadees, blue jays, cardinals and more. All were demonstrating extraordinary patience; none exhibited power or force over another. There was no fighting …..They were able to share the same space with co-operation and congeniality. They were all taking only what they needed … not hoarding or taking more than they were able to consume in the moment.

We as a collective humanity are living in times of chaos on several fronts and we have not been able to follow the simple wisdom of nature and the deepest truth of our human existence. In fact
we are in what I would call collective overwhelm, bombarded with conflicting information, and starving for wisdom at the same time.

Granted some people are able to use their discernment to enhance their critical thinking and to make important choices and changes in the way they journey through life, and other's are not able to even see beyond the crisis they face in the everyday living with stress and anxiety.

With the technology available to us today, it is obvious we are all on this journey together, our world in connected like never before and this lends such great opportunities for change that will catapult us into a new way of being that is more in line with ancient wisdom and our great Mother Nature herself.

Perhaps what we need is a new story. I feel that change and transformation will not come about with old minds using old programs, nor do I feel it will happen with new visions using old programs. What is needed now is to see and embrace the shift in ways that we are not used to. We have been playing out our story on old culture programs verses a new cultural vision. Are we stuck in that old story and cultural believes; programs and systems?

I feel we are ready for a new vision, a new story; one that does not need programs. Our current culture is based on and supports isolation. We now have new connectivity technology that informs us that our lives are not only shifting into different patterns of cultural behavior on a global scale but that it is also happening with great speed, and our lives may never be the same.

Are we ready and prepared for this might not be a valid question, this world is already here and we are already on this journey. Can we be like the birds? I believe we can, we might be being asked to think and behave more in line with the laws of nature and to open our hearts fully while embracing the hearts of others. Perhaps the “pushback” we are experiencing in the current chaotic state of our world set the platform for transformation. We have been able to pay witness to what we don’t want….what no longer works, and this enables us to make choices for a brand new vision that is not based on old minds and old programs. I also believe that the solutions are already in place to bring about this new vision; if we only but view our world with a new way of thinking and with loving hearts. It’s already here for us ….. we need only follow our hearts.

I believe we can live our deepest truths and while it’s a long journey, together; and we will need co-operation, will power and courage to change our ways, I believe we will be able to see a new vision and to write our new story. …. Love and Light Christina

Contentment, Inquiry, Self-awareness, and Strength

Spirituality can and does bring delight in each moment…or at least every day if it is pursued with passion and includes four things. Contentment; Inquiry; Self-awareness and Strength

It’s all about unity and this unity is not something we need to achieve or accomplish such as a perfect job, a perfect relationship, raising to the summit of spirituality. Unity feels to me more like music….a glorious pursuit on its own, comparing yourself to no other.; every moment of music is bringing delight on its own, not simply a step up the mountain towards the highest peak.

Contentment: Be content, not necessarily with your lot in life….but with the flow of life. Remind yourself that the glory of creation is in your cells, you are made from the same mind stuff of angels, the stars and God.

Inquiry: Ask each day, ”Who you are”….understand what it means to return again and again to this simply question…. ”Who am I?” Allow your awareness to expand on the possibilities. It may take thousands of days of asking this question of who you are; it takes only one day to stop asking.

Self-Awareness: Remember that you are not in the world….that the world in within you. Whatever it is you need to know will not arise outside of yourself. Tune in to creation and open yourself to the constant messages….they are gifts about your role as a co-creator. Become aware of them….absorb them.

Strength: Use your strength to use whatever is coming your way…remaining committed and passionate about spirituality. Strength is the foundation of passion and you were designed to survive and thrive no matter what your experiences seem to be…..be strong.

At this very moment may we celebrate in unity falling silent in amazement at the miracles around us and the miracle of life. Notice the universe goes still in the process of creation…..we are this process.

What Am I Passionate About?

What Am I Passionate About?

I'm passionate about life. I choose to live my life on purpose and to show up for life with great passion to joyfully create my life experience and be a valuable contributor to the experiences of others. I’m not perfect, I forget and make mistakes….but when I remember myself, I re-assert this intention and the fruits of my intention are revealed to me. This is my bliss, my passion!

For myself, there is almost nothing better in the world than the feeling of showing up for my own life. I have experienced that at times where I followed my bliss or passion life flows easily and whatever is consuming my thoughts or that enthralls me is waiting for me to do something with it. When I show up for life, I am actively participating in being a happy person, achieving my goals, and generally living the life my soul really wants. Sometimes I feel that the energy of my future self, is calling me towards my inspirations….smiling.

In some cases, I have learned the hard way, that I cannot distance myself from life's inconsistencies, irritations, and upheavals, but I can relinquish my desire for perfect order and gain peace of mind in the process. Living a balanced life is an important part of our peace; I choose to balance not just the roles I play in life but also the natural elements in my sacred spaces. Having representations of the elements in the colors, shapes, and textures of my home is soft and appeals to my mind, body, and spirit. In fact I find that when I’m in sync with nature’s rhythms, it is easier for me to ride the waves of energy, to feel more in harmony with life and the world around me.

I sometimes feel a strong desire to promote what I believe in, which definitely motivates me. The more that I am passionately fervent about things that speak so strongly to me, the more that I notice that I can and actually do use this zeal to affect positive change in the world. I’m a passionate builder….a co-creator…..laughing.

I pay attention to what excites me, take the time to observe and ponder mine and others, ideas to the events, circumstances, and concepts that make up my life. If whatever I am pondering, makes my pulse race, makes me want to get out of my chair and take action, I soon find myself riding a wave of excitement that lifts me up and gets me action oriented.

May we all choose to live life fully; choose to do more of what excites us, even if our choices requires us to make certain sacrifices, and may our daily life be imbued with exhilaration, pleasure, and optimistic anticipation.
