What is Awareness?

Awareness is just itself …… pure, alive, alert, silent and full of potential.

Sometimes we come close to experiencing this pure state. We begin to realize that our life has a purpose, or we will sense that random events are not random but form subtle patterns. We may realize that life has the ability to run itself and we might feel drawn to the center of all that is.

If we notice even one hint such as this, we have in our hand a thread that could lead beyond thought, feeling or action. For there is only one reality, and every clue must lead eventually to the same place where the laws of creation operate freely, which is awareness itself. …… Love and Light

Are our Relationships Evolving?

Are our Relationships Evolving? Are we shifting to Higher Levels of Consciousness in our Relationships?

Local vs Non-local Relationships

Non-local dimensional relationships generate freedom and joy. Each relationship is an investment in the people, places, and kingdoms of nature that are being interconnected. The unconditional loving from which non-local love relationships emerge creates change by offering an environment in which the opportunities for evolutionary development are gracefully accessed and successfully utilized by both partners involved.

There are distinct differences between local and non-local love relationships, based upon the purpose of the dimensional experience. The non-local qualities defined below facilitate an unconditionally loving experience. By providing the criteria by which to monitor our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors we can both build and support non-local love relationships out of the local love relationships in our own life.

Built to break verses built to sustain themselves….

All local love relationships were built to break. Perhaps as human beings we were to experience separation, loss, and fear. Perhaps humanity agreed to participate in this divine experiment of amnesia that required our civilization to find its way back to its Source of its own free will. We as humans became experts in suffering as we took this task seriously and became quite skilled in hurting ourselves and the kingdoms of nature supporting our experiment. We learned to destroy connection rather than honor it, to the point that we might be in danger of destroying our civilization and the world in which we live.

Non-local love relationships are built to sustain themselves. They eternally exist within the context of Creation and their experience on the Earth plane is one of reconnection with our divine nature, the essence of our being. Our non-local soul family supported our journey on Earth through an ignorant human mind, by providing us with a group of beings who incarnated with us over and over again. Known as our Soul group, these individuals played different familial and community roles over our multiple incarnations always supporting our growing evolutionary awareness that there is more to life than fear and pain. Perhaps because our human mind could not conceive the Soul connections continually supporting it, we might have felt abandoned, alone, and often emotionally tortured through specific patterns of behavior lifetime after lifetime. Until now…...

Delusional human intimacy verses connected soul intimacy…..

Because the local dimensional world is an experience of loss, fear, and separation, perhaps we humans naturally create experiences that will fail. Our intimate experiences are fleeting and marked by emotional highs and lows that denote a false sense of connection. We literally have a relationship with our dreams, ideas, or beliefs about the experiences we are having. That is the essence of a delusion. But it seems this delusion is one that the entire civilization shares. We “fall in love” only to fall out of love, only to be disappointed when it fails to meet our expectations. We live in the most wonderful place, until it isn’t so wonderful anymore. Delusional human intimacy is a real local dimensional experience that promotes discontent, emptiness, and a constant searching for that which is missing.

Soul intimacy is created from a deep sense of purpose and meaning within our connectedness. It is based in the reality of our inherent Oneness and permeates our individual lives in uniquely sacred ways. Our non-local dimensional relationships are always purposeful. They are never casual nor do they waste an ounce of our life-force on concerns that are significant in the local dimensional world. Soul intimacy provides evolving human beings with an experience of intimate reverence that facilitates collaboration, equality, and a deep sense of appreciation for the role that is being played, the service being offered, and the loving that is unfolding. The purpose of the relationship is understood so deeply that those involved not only respect the opportunity in which they are participating, they deeply commit to fulfilling the work they have come together to accomplish. In this knowing all involved in non-local dimensional relationships experience a deep sense of satisfaction and joy.

Physical exertion and sex verses sensual creativity….

Because local dimensional relationships are fragile creations in the human mind and heart, they need to be grounded into physical expression to make them “real.” Physical exertion is the out-picturing of the internal idea or dream into local dimensional experience. Thus, sex makes a delusional human intimate relationship physically real. An athlete winning a sports competition realizes overcoming a physical challenge. An actor or musician performs a composition to a live audience and receives feedback on his or her experiential offering. All these physical experiences concretize local dimensional energy and offer the dual experience of success or failure, winning or losing, becoming part of or being abandoned. Local dimensional physical experiences are not only fragile, they end. The concert is over, the competition is completed, and a sexual relationship falls apart. Humans are left empty, even after successful moments, looking for ever more physical validation.

Non-local dimensional relationships energetically build upon the connections calling them into being physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Creativity emerges from these connections and expresses itself through multi-dimensional sensuality. The electromagnetic energies of unconditional loving and creative collaboration move through the physical cells of the body allowing the human form to transmit non-local dimensional frequencies into local dimensional physical experiences. This is a continuous experience of life-force creatively moving through all of your senses. Touch becomes a means of energetic expression rather than physical labor. Sight, sound, hearing, and taste become purposeful venues through which unconditional loving unfolds in specific ways that support the evolution of the partners involved in the relationship. This is the basis through which energy work such as Reiki or Healing Touch facilitates healing of the local dimensional body. It is also the means by which intimate partners energetically connect through the chakra system, merging into one and giving birth to new life within each other and for life itself. Engaging in sensual creativity is an act of beauty that continuously infuses us with greater life-force. It inspires us to consciously co-create intimacy in relationship to each other and within our world. As our ability to creatively sensually connect increases, so does our joy in living.

External success verses internal fulfillment….

Local dimensional relationships are self-esteem busters because they rely on external confirmation to determine their validity. Because the relationship is built for a local dimensional experience of separation and failure, mental insecurity and emotional volatility are necessarily inherent in the process. We seek acknowledgement and praise for whatever we accomplish and tend to feel hurt or disrespected if approval is not provided. The human ego is ever vigilant scanning for danger to what it considers to be successful from its vantage point. Divorce, getting fired, being thrown off the team or out of the band constitute human failure. Enough failures and our sense of self become hurt, then disfigured, and even unrecognizable to ourself and everyone else.

Non-local dimensional relationships generate self-esteem. As we become aware of our power to lovingly co-create with another, our respect and appreciation for our self as well as the other grows. The focus of our attention is internal as we grow in life-force and multi-dimensional awareness, understanding the importance of our relationship and its greater purpose in the world. As a non-local dimensional collaborator we show up in relationships already committed to the work at hand and confident of our talents and abilities. We are eager to embrace the unfolding process supporting the other involved and being supported our self. We experience the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the world as a gift that we have to give, and for which we will be honored.

External allegiance verses internal support…..

Local dimensional relationships engage power struggles to promote dominance and submission. In the dualistic plane of the local dimension, the ego creates dramas that ensnare the heart and enslave the body. War results, internally, within families, and among nations. Local dimensional life is already fragile, but without external allegiances, that fragility gives way to a fearful vulnerability that bursts into panic. Whenever an idea, dream, or experience is threatened in the local dimension, those sharing that perspective seek each other out to prove themselves right, just, valid, and significant, regardless of the cost. Human life is expendable if we are not on the same side. And someone else tells us what side we should be on. Whether it is in court, in governmental offices, houses of worship, or neighbor’s kitchens, human beings look to each other for like-minded support and recognition of worth.

When experiencing non-local dimensional relationships, vulnerability builds unconditional loving. Because we are energetically connected to the Source of creativity, non-local dimensional soul-embodied human beings look within for support, direction, and guidance. These individuals trust themselves so that they can show up for each other completely, clearly, and openly. They are collaborators trusting that each other is devoted to the highest evolutionary choices available. Open to learning all there is to know and flowing into mutual experiences with respect and appreciation, they honor each other and life itself as it unfolds. They are flexible, creative, ingenious, and filled with wonder as they work together on projects that serve the greater good and contribute to a life of peace. Their experience of vulnerability offers safety as a way of life.

Focused on linear physicality verses focused on quantum energetics…..

Human beings living local dimensionally have to be in control of their relationships otherwise they will fall apart. Since they are built to break, these fragile relationships must be buttressed by external sources in a recognized pattern of activity that supports their viability. Families literally keep each other alive in many parts of the world. Corporations follow protocols to make profits that keep them in business and their employees working. Governments create policies that support the functioning of their nations according to the resources available on their lands and the productivity of their citizenry. These linear necessities comprise the experience of local dimensional living and require controlled responses to support this dimensional experience of life.

Non-local dimensional life is an experience of quantum mechanics while living in a human body. It is the fluid participation of multi-dimensionally living within the unity of Creation. The concept of divine timing is helpful in understanding the quantum experience of situations, relationships, and opportunities unfolding at precise moments that change the course of an individual’s life, the life of a family, the future of a business, the stability of a nation, the health of a civilization. Creativity is the hallmark by which quantum responses to unfolding experiences occur. Energy is directed to provide assistance and support simultaneously within multiple dimensions so that all engaged are given what is required for them to fulfill themselves in their respective dimensional opportunities. The human mind cannot comprehend multi-dimensional mechanics. It is, however, affected by it in the form of guidance, inspiration, and intuition. The most obvious experience of quantum mechanics in local dimensional living is grace.

Death versus Life….

Because local dimensional relationships are not meant to last, they will inevitably incur multiple experiences of dying. Death, the ultimate form of separation, happens slowly in the loss of hopes and dreams, or quickly as in being fired from a job, or the accidental death of a loved one. Whether fast or slow an irreconcilable experience of loss creates a spiritual crisis that was to provoke connection. However, in the earthly experience, death began to reinforce the disintegration of the heart of humanity and furthered its descent into the ego of physicality. Lost in the desire to prolong life at all costs, the purpose of living was lost to the experience of living. Without a compass by which to understand life, humanity created its own spiral of deathly discontent, almost annihilating itself.

Because non-local dimensional relationships consciously exist within the unity of Creation, connection is already a lived experience. As purpose guides relationships to fulfillment and collaboration supports multi-dimensional celebration, life is honored in every phase of its existence. Completion is valued and honored. It is not experienced as death. Evolution is recognized as the source of continuity within and between dimensions. Instead of mourning the loss of connection with a loved one, another greater level of relationship emerges. However, this level of contact is only possible from the non-local dimensional perspective in and through which we continue to meet each other. The common description of heaven as a place of peace, safety, love, and beauty is a local dimensional expression of non-local dimensional living. It has been placed as other-worldly because, up until now, we had to die to experience it. I believe this is no longer the case.

Non-local dimensional relationships are no longer a dream on the Earth. They are realities that we make each day by choosing higher dimensional responses to local dimensional experiences. We are an evolving species whose intimate relationships chart the course for the future of a soul-embodied humanity. Developing our personal non-local dimensional relationships is the perfect place to start experiencing the reality of non-local -dimensional unconditionally loving joy. As we do, we pioneer the way for others to grow into the courage and grace lovingly being offered to the world right now.

Connecting in a Garden of Love and Unity

Connecting in a Garden of Love and Unity

I am preparing a garden of love……smiling. With my right hand I planted the flowers, and this right hand got poked by a thorn, actually it cut and ripped the skin. My left hand came to the rescue with bathing, ointment and a bandage. How automatically that all occurred without my thinking mind involved.

I am but a mere witness to this act of kindness from my left hand….smiling. My right hand lights the candles, writes books, and does its own daily routine. But my right hand doesn’t seem to be proud of it. It doesn’t look down on the left hand to say, “Oh left hand, you are good for nothing — I’ve done it all. You are useless. You are good for nothing.” The right hand has never suffered from the complex of pride. The left hand has never suffered from the complex of unworthiness. It’s wonderful how the human body loves itself if we only but pay witness.

When the right hand has a problem, or gets wounded or injured, the left hand comes right away. The right hand never says, “You have to pay me back. I always come to help you. You owe me.”
When we can see all others as our own hands; not separate from us, not better or worse or even equal to us, then we have the wisdom of nondiscrimination and unity. We see the happiness of others as our happiness. Their suffering is our suffering.

So there must be some expression of love within the body for all the other parts of the body. Sometimes my hands help each other, sometimes they each act separately, but my hands have never fought each other.

We live in a holographic universe….what lives within me is also true for all that exists beyond the body. All there is on this earthly plane is interconnected just as this metaphor. The trees, the earth, the rocks, the waters, the sky, the sun and moon….all things are connected including all others.

All things named have a form and we gave the form names with our language. However form is simply a phenomenon in time…objectively the movements of atoms within a “void formless” being we call us. We experience everything through our perceptions, feelings, thoughts, energy and information…all from the origin of the formlessness of space time energy.

I have a few gardens of love, we all do; our own garden and that of our beloved and that of our world. First, we tend and take care of our own garden as a way to practice and learn the art of gardening. Within our own individual gardens there are beautiful flowers and there are also stones, twigs and rubbish. This might reveal itself as anger, fear, discrimination, and jealousy within us. We have a choice to water the rubbish and nurture the negative seeds or to water the flowers of compassion, understanding, and love, whereby we will strengthen the positive seeds. What our garden of love shows up as, is what is being watered and fertilized within us.

Practicing this selective watering and by cultivating our own garden as well, gives us the wisdom to help water the flowers in the garden of our beloved, others and all that is. When we have succeeded with our self, with our beloved, and all others there is mutual understanding between us. When this mutual understanding and communication is good, joy and happiness and peace will be the foundation/soil of the garden.

Our goal in practicing mindfulness and the deepest gift it can bring us is the wisdom of nondiscrimination and the connection to the all. We are not noble by birth. We are noble only by virtue of the way we think, speak, and act. The person who practices mindfulness has the wisdom of nondiscrimination and understands our connectivity to all and it informs all actions between self and others and between all that is. This person’s heart has grown large and this true love and unity knows no obstacles.

May we come to understand that all is connected and in relationship with the all that is. May we become like our own left hands, reaching out to others to create the most beautiful gardens of love, and may these gardens expand and grow to encompass all others and the world around us.

Perspective and Attitude while Dealing with Life Experiences

Perspective and Attitude while Dealing with Life Experiences

As human beings sometimes as we move through life joyously this does not necessarily mean that we have been blessed with lives of abundance, love, success, and prosperity. Other times we find ourselves faced with the challenge of a new experience that is confusing and causes us to feel sad. It is best to remain with the feelings, experiencing the circumstance fully until there is nothing left to experience and until the feelings dissolve into the realm of stillness and peace. Then comes the moment to move on to a deeper discovery process of reflection and shift the attitude we have regarding the experience. Allow this processing of the experience to occur, in fact ask for it….ask to be shown the deeper meaning of the experience while remaining the observer.

We have all been blessed with the ability to take the experiences handed to us and to seek the gift within the experiences and transform them into something extraordinary. This often requires a shift in our perception along with a knowing that both feelings of joy and despair come from within and have nothing to do with the actual experience itself; remembering that we are only seeing our own perception of the experience.

Some situations we regard as blessings that please us and make us happy, while other situations cause us sadness and seemingly no end of grief. Yet if we can look at the experience from a place of pure awareness, without dwelling on our perceived misfortune and make each new circumstance our own, a shift will occur and the world as a whole becomes a brighter place.

Perhaps the more we awaken; our yearning to help others might be bringing us opportunities to invest our time or resources to help others on their path. Perhaps this is our true path, perhaps we are all filled with a sense of generosity that it might even be something that is borne within us and becomes activated in our lives from our desire to put positive energy into the world by making someone else’s life easier.

A simple shift in attitude can help us recognize and uncover the hidden potential and/or gift for every circumstance we find ourselves in and by allowing the inner light to flow into the outer world brings to us a new understanding and fulfillment in every experience including every perceived setback.

The universe is often an unpredictable, but it will never bring to us anything that we cannot handle; but our unique perception and attitude regarding our experiences can be no more or no less than what we make of it. When faced with the prospect of understanding and/or undertaking all of our experiences, we can view it them as an opportunity to discover what we are truly capable of doing and being. A change in perspective is all it takes to change our world, but we must be willing to adopt an optimistic, hopeful mind-set.

While serving and helping others this might also be a good time to practice the higher art of self-less service by remembering that it is not the act of serving or helping that is important, but the recognition that our acts of service are merely an extension of the loving part of our spirit that is connected to all other beings through universal love.

This is a higher aspect to our acts of service that comes from our innate ability to channel the unconditional love of the universe and allow this energy to flow to all those around us. These higher acts of compassion and kindness come from a deeper and much more loving place, helping us realize that the gift of serving others is a gift not from our self but from a deeper form; a higher form of loving energy that we are connected to.

May we continue to see the gifts and blessings in all of our experiences ……..Love and light, Christina

Look to the Source ….. Our Thoughts Create Our Reality

Look to the Source ….. Our Thoughts Create Our Reality

If we seek to live life fully we might look at where we have become trapped in our routines. Destructive behaviors are the cause of our suffering. When a bee settles on a flower to extract its nectar, it is intoxicated by the taste and unaware the night is descending, the bee becomes trapped in the flower as the petals slowly close. As human beings, we can use our intelligence and remain in our awareness so that our habits do not shackle us and rob us of our freedom.

Scattered, random thoughts and afflictive emotions obscure the natural and luminous nature of the mind. Awareness is lost when we narrowly focus on ourselves and what the “I” is experiencing. This kind of tunnel vision creates a breeding ground for a strong sense of ego. When we cannot transcend our habitual ordinary ways of thinking, we become mired in our confusion. Not recognizing the pristine nature of the mind, we suffer since there is a great deal of attachment to the “I”. An endless stream of thoughts, one thought running into the next, sometimes linked and often not linked, traps us in a perpetual cycle of confusion and pain.

I use a technique for this “monkey mind” whereby each thought remains in its own place. It would not make sense to drag a caterpillar from its cocoon and expect it to make honey; that would be unnatural. Similarly, if we placed a honeybee in a cocoon, it would not know how to transform into a butterfly. So, proverbially speaking, the caterpillar should remain in its cocoon, and the honeybee should make honey.

When we experience each thought in its completeness, the energy of the thought arises and dissolves in its own place. Therefore we need not tamper with our thoughts; it seems that further elaboration only causes bewilderment and confusion. On the other hand, when the energy of the thought is complete and independent, it is liberated upon arising and leaves no trace.

If we cannot see the nature of each thought as complete and independent, it is because we are attached to the “I” and what the “I” creates. If we think, “I am going to do this,” we create a continuity for this “I”. If we think, “I want this,” you mentally select one button, and if we think, “I want that,” we select the next button. There is no space for each thought to be complete and independent because we are thriving on the illusion of continuity.

When I am watching my own thoughts, I feel that an independent thought has a different energy, an energy that is fresh in vivid awareness. It is not dependent on further support. If we follow our thoughts in pursuit of our illusionary “I”, our entanglement with each thought is what enslaves us. This mental confusion compels us to follow the first thought with a second thought and that thought with a third thought and so on and so on.

Therefore each thought does not exist independently and we find ourselves trapped within our illusionary story based on an illusionary self. Unaware of the pure nature of mind and experience, one can be helplessly controlled by disturbing emotions and one experiences an endless stream of mental and physical stress and suffering.

If we have the courage and use our will power to rest, between our thoughts in the vast space of nothingness, we will discover that the source of our thoughts is pure energy arising from emptiness. In this state of timeless purity, nothing truly comes into existence and nothing solidly exists, so there is no obstruction and the fictions that seemingly fueled our enslaving habits of the mind will find no fertile ground in which to grow.

We do not reject our thoughts and feelings since they are all valid, however we need not cling to them as if they were fixed and unchanging. Allow everything to arise as a sheer inspiration; allow everything to be a celebration. Whatever arises is perfectly fine, and if nothing arises that is fine too.

With a flexible mind, we can direct our lives with sophistication. We will recognize the luminous quality of our true nature, clear essence will appear everywhere. And this is an amazing way to live and be.
……Love and blessings Christina
