Telephone or Skype coaching and coaching may be alternate option for those who have hectic schedules or live in remote areas and are unable to come for face-to-face coaching.

What is telephone or Skype coaching and is it effective?

Telephone coaching is very similar to face-to-face sessions however the sessions are conducted over the telephone or via Skype. This type of coaching can be very effective and benefits are similar to those achieved from individual face-to-face sessions.

How does telephone coaching work?

Telephone coaching sessions are scheduled in the same manner as face-to-face coaching (i.e. week or biweekly) depending on the unique needs of the client. However, the main difference between telephone coaching and face-to-face coaching is payment for session has to be received prior to the session.

How do I pay for telephone coaching?

Each telephone coaching session is paid in advance and payments made via PayPal link on this site. The payment and verification code needs to be received (separately) by 6:00 P.M. EST the day before the session.
