“Creating Our Best Life”

I thought I would write a few articles on this topic and this is the fifth in the series.

Synchronistic moments are when destiny and fate meet one another and good things happen. We call such moments miracles. They seem to align with our intentions for the highest good to unfold. These moments create opportunities for healing and love to flow in and through us and they remind us that there is a far higher power than our small edited ego, working within the Universe for the good of all.

We can create our best life by paying attention to these moments and by harnessing our will forces. This practice keeps us stable during change and keeps us from losing ourselves in enthrallments and diversions. Awareness helps us keep our minds open to endless new ideas which release the realm of possibilities into the world of manifestation when we choose something we want in our life. We must be encouraged to communicate our deepest feelings and longings without censure and without fear.

Another thing we need to remember in creating our best live, and in order for that to come about is that we will need to speak our highest truth about what we want, what we feel and how we hope to live our life from the highest and best place we can imagine. Our soul and our spirit know the truth of us better than we do; they know what is hidden, buried and needs to come forward in the light of freedom.

These are the qualities that define an individuated person, someone who can hear and follow their inner guidance, and is able to express their truth with love, clarity and compassion; they know the value of truth and are always living in integrity with themselves.

Integrity and Truth

Integrity means whole and integrated. We are whole and at one with ourselves when we live in the truth of who we are; when we live in alignment and resonate with our spirit. Integrity is the ethical code by which we live; expressing our truth and being honest with others. As we move into more awareness, we will have opportunities to rethink the diversions that at times kept our truth suppressed and bridge the gap between feelings of the heart and thoughts of the mind. When we expand our self-expression it strengthens us and gives us the power to be our authentic self with others. We control our life force energy through our thoughts and actions as well as our words. We are not born with integrity we cultivate it…..Integrity is the mark of a good, true and loving person.

Creativity

In the modern world the truth has been the victim of suppression. For people who have not expressed themselves authentically it takes a great deal of fortitude and courage. Another way to increase the life force energy to live our best life is through creative media such as singing, painting, music, dance or any other ways we can showcase our unique and special self. Creativity is an avenue to higher-consciousness.

Communication

Clear communication reflects the best of our ability to share ourselves. It reflects emotional maturity and a level of detachment from embarrassment or timidity that stands in the way of sharing ourselves. The more clearly we speak our truth, express our needs and open the door for dialogue, the more clearly our spirit expresses itself though us and we become the channel for higher spiritual forces to work through us. As we practice communicating from the soul level and through the heart, such communication with the higher powers is as simple as it is with those around us. This aspect of communication is to develop a rich capacity to be able to share clear communication with articulation, defined and to become genuinely responsible for sharing the depths of our being with our Creator. It is through the power of speech that we offer up our petitions in prayer and speak our truth to others.

Willpower

Will is our volition in action. We want to create a strong will that can withstand temptation. The will is the strongest part of our nature; it is sacred and honors the way in which we have formed our individuality. It protects us from giving ourselves away, it strengthens our ability to do the tasks at hand, and it supplies us with the strength and focus in the face of complexity that requires thinking and forethought.

Will informs the choices that we make about what we want in life. It takes a strong will to be positive and affirming in all circumstances and it goes against the common, collective belief that we are not good enough to have what we want. Will says we shall accomplish our striving for empowerment, personal growth and healing. It asserts that we will be positive, capable and responsible advocates for the good. Will strengthens our resolve to see something through to the end.

We develop our will through acts of self-discipline; it is developed through trials and challenges. Will is directly linked to the I AM principle that defines the souls nature. If our spirit is to be strong and discerning it wants a sense of self-mastery. Will is our signature of our ability to stand upright, speak our truth and live in freedom regardless of the external circumstances. It allows us to trust in ourselves and know that we are capable, and able to persevere in life.

May we all open our hearts, may we speak out, tell our truth and sing our song. May we remember that we are all Holy children of God, held in love and honored for our unique contribution to life. May we be guided in our lives to greater consciousness, deeper truths and beautiful expressions of ourselves.
